This shop did everything possible to ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly. Brendan, the service kept me up to date on progress of the diagnosis and repair.
They vacuumed and recharged my ac for a fair price. They get my vehicles in and out in no time.
I recently moved to this area. I’m hours from home and family. This past month I’ve kept saying “Heaven's know I need a break” I bought a vehicle 2 days ago, spent everything I had on it. I just needed something reliable. I jump in it today to head to town and my ac is blowing hot. I stop at Walmart spend $50 out of the $150 I had to my name. I grab some refrigerant and it’s already full. I call AACOM and tell him I just need someone to look at it I have barley $100 to my name, and again I’m 4 hours from home (where my family owned mechanic shop is) no family out here. If I just know what it is I can eventually buy the part and I might could watch a tutorial and do it myself 😂 (not likely) He tells me “Bring it in I’ll take a look at it” and I ask him “How much is that gonna run me?” He tells me “Don’t worry about it, I’ll do it for free” I got a lump in my throat. I walk in with my 3 kids in tow red faced, and sweating. He looks it over, comes back, and tells me whoever did it last didn’t hook it up properly. He said if he couldn’t fix it and piece it back together, I’d have to get a new compressor. I stopped him and asked him, “How much is that going to run me?” He said, “Don’t worry about it, I’ve got it covered.” I couldn’t help but cry. I’m 4 hours from home, family, and everything I’ve ever known. My husband pulls long hours to keep food on the table, so it’s mostly just the kids and me. I’m just a tired momma, but today I felt human when I was greeted with kindness, compassion, and the break I’ve been pleading for that was brought to me by a man who works his own long hours to keep food on his own table. I am so beyond grateful for AACOM, and I will be using them and referring them to everyone I come across. Thank you to the whole team too for taking the time to get us back situated so we have a comfortable ride in this new area.
